About Walker MotorSport

Walker Motorsport was established in 2006 by Alastair & Martine Walker as an avenue to promote their business Walker Mapping by competing in a sport they love, rallying.
Since its inception they have competed in many tarmac rally events throughout Australia and recently joined forces with David Watson of Ambulance Private and Mike Davey of Wrest Point to work together as a multi car team.

Having both companies as major supporters has allowed the team to compete in the Australian Tarmac Rally Championship organised by Octagon and sanctioned by the AASA.

The team’s passion is winning but the camaraderie and friendships we gain through competition are what matter.

The team currently has three cars competing in the Australian Tarmac Rally Championship and we are proudly supported by Ambulance Private, Wrest Point, Walker Mapping, Deco Design, Rennenhaus, Hyperactive Designs and Kumho Tyres, The teams’ goals are to achieve the highest results possible, build a professional team and reputation in motorsport and provide our sponsors with the best avenue and exposure for their products.
